Therapy rooted in empathy, collaboration, and real‑world understanding.
I’m Andria Boyd‑Diggs, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and the founder of Family Unity and Empowerment for a Lifetime (FUEL).
I’m passionate about creating warm, affirming spaces where youth, caregivers, and families can navigate challenges, strengthen communication, and reconnect with their sense of agency. My work is grounded in relational healing, emotional safety, and developmentally informed support.
Before launching FUEL, I worked in community mental health, supporting diverse youth and families through complex emotional, academic, and relational stressors. Those experiences deepened my belief in the healing power of connection and the resilience that emerges when people feel seen, supported, and understood.
I specialize in working with teens and adolescents navigating anxiety, identity exploration, school stress, and the complexities of growing up in today’s world. I also support caregivers who want to understand their teens’ needs better, improve communication, and build healthier, more connected family relationships.
In addition to my teen and family work, I welcome individual adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges. Across all ages and identities, my goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, discover their strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based practices, including Bowen Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Structural Family Therapy. I honor all identities and welcome faith or spirituality into the therapeutic space when desired.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when people feel understood and supported, they gain the clarity and confidence needed to create the relationships and lives they want. I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves and the people they love.
